The proposed solution for the Geriatrics department at
Catharina Hospital is an advanced notification system
aimed at optimizing nursing staff responses to patient
needs. This system seamlessly integrates with the
existing Ascom software, utilizing a data analysis model
to prioritize alerts based on patient fall risk assessments.
Designed for feasibility and user satisfaction, the system
categorizes alerts into three urgency levels: low, medium,
and high risk.
